Geli has been working in the field of finance for the past 15 years, both as an accountant and chief accountant. Over the past few years, Geli has been further developing her skills by providing accounting services to companies operating in a wide variety of fields. Geli has a Bachelor’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology.
IMRE NOORKIKAS
Imre has been working in finance for nearly 20 years, being involved in corporate finance as well as everyday financial management. In the past few years, Imre has been focusing on the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and on raising capital and assessing value. Imre has a Master’s degree from the University of Tartu.
Margus Liivamagi
Mаrgus has been active in the industrial and service sectors for over 25 years, fulfilling roles in development, commerce, and management.
In recent years, Margus has worked as an interim and guest executive, tasked with actively contributing to the strategic development of companies. In addition, Margus participates as a mentor in the Enterprise Estonia growth company mentorship program and has obtained an MBA from Tallinn Technical University, as well as further MBA education in service design and management from the University of Tartu.
Peter S. Treialt
Peter has been involved in corporate finance in major Baltic banks and the Big Four consulting firms for over 25 years.
He advises companies of various sizes and sectors both as a financial manager and in capital raising, valuation of companies, and in purchase and sale transactions.
Peter has graduated from Tallinn University of Technology with an MBA.
