What data we process and why
Enquiries and meeting requests. When you fill in the contact form or write to us, we process your name, company name, email, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data to reply to you and arrange a meeting. We do this to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Client relationship. When we enter into a contract, we process the contact details of the client’s representatives to perform it. We process accounting data to meet our legal obligations.
Website use. Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam, which is our legitimate interest.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings (icon in the bottom left corner of the page).
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business: website hosting, email, Google (analytics and reCAPTCHA) and CookieYes (cookie management). They process data on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to Google in the US), we rely on lawful safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation: up to 2 years
- Contract and client relationship data: for the duration of the contract and up to 3 years after it ends
- Accounting records: 7 years, as required by law
- Analytics data: 14 months
Your rights
You have the right to:

- restrict how your data is processed
- object to processing
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time
